  So my husband and I were looking for a good grill and a good company to deal with so we decided to go to Kalamazoo grill shop about a week ago Saturday, we drove by many big box stores that sell grills and we bought a high end grill with Mark got it home by the time we noticed Saturday afternoon after they were closed one of the grills grates you cook on and did not match the others and we were missing a cotter pin. Call Mark Monday texted the pictures that he asked for and we also requested we wanted to purchase a smoker box for that grill he asked when we can be there since we work all week we told him next Saturday he said OK he will get it taken care of got there the following Saturday drove 40 minutes he was not there and the poor employee William and nothing about this. We waited for a LONG time while he went looking into this.He ended up giving us three aftermarket grill grates to match the one aftermarket one we have but I'm still not happy with this the warranty is on the Broil King grill grates I do appreciate Williams help it was not his fault also we discovered a Broil King cookbook sitting there on another grill that I was supposed to get with my grill, so William then gave me the cook book.Also no smoker box for our grill there and now I'm going to order a smoker box for this grill on line and not spend the money with the store! I work in service and this to me was poor service!
