  Have been using them the last 3 years in Livonia. My MIL has been using them for many years as well in the Grand Rapids area. Great communication; always helpful when you call. When someone new is coming to your home they ask what areas have been problems in the past as well as any new problem areas. I tried all the off the shelf stuff and nothing seemed to work. Griffins has the right formula to stop the bugs. As well they come out between normal calls if a problem pops up at no charge. I had bees coming in windows through weep holes, which I hadn't had in the past. I called and they sent out a guy to take of the problem at no extra charge in between my normal visits. My MIL had bees make a nest in her landscaping near her house and she called and they came out and took care of them at no extra charge as well. I've recommended them to 2 other families having problems and they are very happy with Griffins as well.
