  Our salesperson Emily was fantastic. She was very friendly and easy to work with. Ryan that scheduled the installation followed suit and was very accommodating. He even scheduled us a meeting with the installer prior to arrival. And Ron....he was phenomenal! Friendly, careful with our home. Our carpet is beautiful and we can't wait to call this our home!

  Great service, Joe & Kim in particular were knowledgeable about different products and their performance over time. Nice variety in flooring options and flexible with sample loan-outs. Migala Carpet One of Kalamazoo has serviced our flooring needs for rental properties and our personal properties over 20 years, and we have been pleased every time!

  We went to Migala Carpenter in Gull rd because we had to get a large amount of carpet replaced in our new home. We were promptly greeted by Emily when we entered the store and from that point on felt completely taken care of. We were never pushed to purchase anything she simply listenened to what we liked and showed us our options. We were able to take home 10+ samples to view the colors in our home which was extremely helpful. Once we made our decision they ordered the carpet right away and got us on the schedule it took less than 2 weeks start to finish. The installation was also excellent the people were professional and they got the job done efficiently, and even when I had a follow up question they came out and took care of my concerns no questions asked. All in all it was a great experience.
